Slow Cooker Beef Sandwiches Recipe

3 lb pot roast
1 onion sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. (or more) garlic power
1 cup water
1/3 cup vinegar
3 bay leaves
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Romaine leaves
6 sandwich rolls

-Place beef in slow cooker

-Mix onion, salt, garlic power, water,vinegar, bay leaves, cloves and pour over beef

-Cook approximately 8 hour in slow cokker on low

-When done, pull meat apart with forks

-Serve hot on sandwich rolls, lined on bottom halves with romaine leaves

Don't omit the romaine leaves- it will make the rolls mushy.
