8 pieces of chicken parts
1 large onion (sliced)
1 can of peas - with juice
1 jar roasted peppers, cut
4-5 potatoes (quartered)
parsley - salt - pepper 'to taste'
1/4 cup breadc crumbs
5 tbsp Olive oil
5 tbsp vineger - wine or balsamic

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a large baking pan
Bake in oven at 350' for 1 hour
Broil to finish for 20 minutes...turning until brown
