1 loaf Italian Bread Olive oil 1 Container Pesto Sauce 1 jar roasted peppers 1 mozzarella, slices thin (ie..moostsie)
Slice Italilan Bread into two lengthwise slices Brush open sides of bread with olive oil Spread bottom half of bread with pesto sauce Layer with roasted peppers and mozzarella cheese Wrap in heavy aluminum foil Bake in 350' oven for 30 minutes
