2 pork tenderloins (about 2 1/2 lb total)
3 tbsp herbes des Provence
1/2 cup of light soy sauce, Kikkoman (not Lachoy)

Directions:
Directions:
-Place tenderloins in a glass dish or large freezer bag

-Sprinkle with herbes des Provence

-Add soy sauce

-Cover dish or close bag and marinate for 1-4 hours in refrigerator, turning a few times

-Drain and than grill until desired degree of pinkness

-Place on warm platter and tent with foil for about 10 minutes

-Slice on the diagonal into half inch slices and serve
