4 onions
1 T curry powder
3 to 4 cans chicken broth
1 bay leaf
1/2 c uncooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in oil then add broth, bayleaf and curry. Cook til onion are tender. Add uncooked rice and cook 20 minutes. Remove bay leaf and put solids in blender or food processor and add liquid to blend to proper creamy consistency.
