6 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 lb butter, not melted but soft
9 egg yokes, sightly beaten
9 egg whites
3/4 lb sour cream
1 1/2 lbs walnuts, gorund fine
2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and butter together. Add egg yokes and sour cream, mix until smooth. Roll into about 125 little balls. Place in refrigerator overnight. Next morning, roll out flat. Beat egg whites stiff, mix in walnuts and sugar. Spoon this mixture into the rolled out dough, then rolled moon shapes. Bake at 325ºF. until light brown.
