1 lb bacon cooked & crumbled
2/3 cup margarine
2/3 cup flour
7 cups milk (can mix & match cream/milks)
4 large baked potatoes (peeled & cubed)
6 green onions chopped
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp salt & pepper
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar (serve on side or mix in)
2 tbsp chicken boullion granules

Directions:
Directions:
in Dutch oven, melt margarine, whisk in flour til smooth, gradually stir in milk/cream until thickened. Stir in potatoes & onions. Mix in bacon, (cheese optional now or on the side), sour cream, salt & pepper. I also add 2 to 3 tbsp chicken boullion (optional).
