1 loaf salmon gefilte fish
1 loaf sweet regular gefilte fish
Pereg spiced for fish

Directions:
Slightly defrost gefilte fish loaves. Split loaves horizontally across. Place half of salmon on top of half of regular gefilte fish loaf. Wrap in parchment paper and press together to create a single loaf. You can either freeze one loaf or cook both.

In a loaf pan place the gefilte fish loaf in the parchment paper but unwrapped on top. Sprinkle generously with Pereg spice for fish. Cook covered for 1 1/2 hour on 350 degrees.
