1 onion sliced rings, then cut in half
2-3 small tomatoes, cut in semi circles
2 lb salmon fillet
salt/pepper/sugar to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Place salmon fillet on baking sheet sprayed with PAM. Sprinkle salt/pepper and sugar on salmon to taste. Place overlapping rows of tomatoes and onions (one horizontal row onion, one tomato, etc). Spray with PAM and a pinch of salt. Can also sprinkle with parsley. Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes
