2 red peppers-sliced into thin strips
1 onion- sliced into rings
3 cloves garlic- sliced thinly
dried chili pepper
salt/pepper/cilantro- to taste
1 can chick peas, drained and rinsed
1 jar olives with pimento- drained
1 bunch cilantro( soaked for five minutes to remove grit)chopped
8 white fish steaks

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pepper and onion with garlic and spices. Add hot chili pepper. Drain olives and chick peas and microwave covered for five minutes. Add fish steaks in one layer over vegetables. Pour the olives and chickpeas over fish and add the chopped cilantro. Tilt the pan and baste. Cook for about 25 minutes covered on low flame, frequently tilting the pan and basting.
