- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 cup butter - melted
- 1 large can fruit-pie filling - my favorite is cherry
- 1 large can crushed pineapple - undrained
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
- in a 13 x 9 cake pan dump pie filling - spread out
- dump crushed pineapple on top of pie filling - spread out
- scatter cake mix all over the above
- drizzle melted butter all over cake mix
- sprinkle nuts on top of mix
- Bake at 375 degrees about 30 to 45 mins, or until top is golden and an inserted toothpick comes out dry.
