1 T oil
6 salmon fillets (about 4 oz. each)
1 cup fat free milk
1/ cup (1/2 8 oz tub) of light cream cheese
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
2 T chopped fresh dill or 2 t dried dill weed

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large skillet. Add salmon; cook 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove from skillet.

Mix milk and cream cheese. Heat until well blended and heated thru- not boiling. Remove from fire. Add cucumber and dill and stir well. Pour cheese sauce over warm salmon.
