1 lb. sausage, brown and drain 2 C. shredded cheddar cheese 2 C. shredded mozzerela cheese 6 eggs 2 1/2 C. milk 6 bread slices
Line 9x13 pan with bread slices. Cover bread with cheese and top with sausage. Mix eggs and milk in separate bowl. Pour egg mixture over sausage. Cover. Let stand overnight in frig. or at least until milk soaks into bread. Bake uncovered at 325º for ~1 hr.
