2 large Potatoes
3 T. Sliced green onion
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup dill weed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 cups milk
3/4 cup shredded cheese
3 tbsp. sliced green onion
4 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes and let cool. Remove skin and dice. In large saucepan cook onions in butter until tender. Stir in flour, dill weed, salt and pepper. Add milk. Cook and stir for 1 min. more. Add potatoes and 1/2 cup of cheese. Stir until cheese melts. Garnish servings with remaining cheese, onion and bacon.
