3 Cups Flour
2 Cups Sugar
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Tsp. Salt
1 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Cup Chopped Pecans
1 (8oz) Can of Crushed Pineapple, drained
2 Cups Mashed Bananas
3 Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, sugar, and pecans in large bowl; In a medium bowl beat eggs, add oil, pineapple, bananas and vanilla. Mix well.
Add banana/pineapple mixture to dry ingredients mixing until just moistened.
Spoon into two greased and floured 5x9 loaf pans.
Bake at 350º for 65 minutes or until done.
