1 box Spanish Rice, Rice -a Roni
onion, chopped
garlic, chopped
cilantro, chopped
1 Tablespoon olive oil
chicken breasts, cubed
1 can black beans, drained
Lime juice, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare Rice, set aside. Saute onion, garlic, and cilantro in olive oil. Add chicken and continue to cook through. Add rice, beans, and lime juice.
