Turkey Breast,
Salt, Pepper, Your favorite seasonings,
Olive oil,
Fresh herbs

Directions:
Directions:
I stuff herbs inside the breast, back, and cavity.
Coat turkey with olive oil and season to taste.

Place breast side down in cold oven. Turn to 500 degrees.
Cook for 20 minutes after it heats up to 500.
Turn to 350 for 18 minutes per pound.
For the last hour turn the turkey breast side up.

Set out for 10 minutes before carving.
