1 lb. veal (floured)
3 tbsp. oil
1 lb. mushrooms
2 tbsp. parsley
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. oregano
1 onion (chopped)
1 c. white wine
1 can (8 oz)tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. Gravy Master

Brown floured veal in skillet with oil. Add onion, garlic and mushrooms. Add wine and tomato sauce. Simmer on low heat for 1 hour.

Serve over egg noodles or white rice.
