1 head cauliflower
1 bunch broccoli
1# fresh mushrooms (sliced)
1 basket cherry tomatoes
1 can black olives (15 oz)
1 jar green olives
1 can cut green beans
1 cucumber at time of serving
Marinade:
1 c vinegar
1 1/2 c oil (I think it's better with a little less)
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon dill weed
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon Accent ( or msg)

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate vegetables for 24 hours. A double recipe makes a yellow tuperware bowl full. The veggies can be changed to any of your favorites.
