1 medium cauliflower, cooked
1/3 cup oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup flour
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup Italian cheese

Roll cauliflower in seasoned flour, bread crumbs, and Italian cheese, dip into egg and pan fry until golden brown.

Grandma Angie always made this on St. Joseph Day. It was also served on Christmas Eve, since we were not supposed to eat meat then either. Rather, they served a 7 fish meal and vegies like this were included.
