1 package German chocolate cake mix
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 package carmels, unwrapped & melted
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry cake mix, butter & 1/3 cup evaporated milk together. Spread half of mixture into greased 9x13 pan. Bake 350 for 6 minutes.

Sprinkle chocolate chips & nuts on top of partially baked cake. Melt 40-50 carmels with 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Drizzle this over cake, chips & nuts. Crumble & pat the remaining cake mixture on top. Bake 20 minutes at 350. Very rich.
