CAKE:
1 (18.25oz) package yallow cake mix with pudding
1 (5.9oz) package instant chocolate pudding
4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup vodka (I use Stoli Raspberry)
1/4 cup Kahlua ( I use Godiva Chocolate liqueur)
3/4 cup water

GLAZE:
1/4 cup Kahlua
1/2 cup powdered sugar

-Preheat oven to 350º

-Grease and flour a 9 or 10 in Bundt pan

-In a lagre bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, white sugar, oil, vodka, 1/4 cup liqueur and water

-Beat with an electric mixer for 4 minutes

-Pour into prepared Bundt pan

-Bake for 40 minites, or until wooden toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean

-Cool on wire rack for 15 minutes than remove from pan and place onto serving plate

-Make glaze by combining liqueur and powered sugar

-Poke holes in cake with tines of a fork. Spoon or slowly pour glaze over cake

-Let cake cool completely and dust with 1/3 cup powered sugar

This really is an easy recipe. I have found that the PAM WITH FLOUR BAKING SPRAY is the best. Just be sure you get all areas to ensure it comes out clean. Next time I may try another flavor of Vodka. Just be sure the liqueur compliments the vodka.
