1 1/2 lb. fresh asparagus spears
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put asparagus in a greased baking dish. Brown chicken in skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Place chicken over asparagus. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 375 for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
