1 lb. hamburger
1/2 to 1 cup chicken (chopped or shredded)
1 cup spaghetti sauce (any brand)
1/2 cup ketchup
1 or 2 cups water
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
3 Tbsp. Maggi (chicken bullion)
Garlic powder
Salt
Pepper

Directions:

Cook hamburger in pan, drain any fat and add chicken. Season meats with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix in spaghetti sauce, ketchup, Italian seasoning, maggi and water to the consistency you desire. Bring to a boil then recude to low and let simmer for 20 minutes.

Paulo says the ketchup is the key to give it a better flavor. The measurements are guesses because he add then tastes - so you can do the same. He also likes to cook shrimp on the side in water with maggi then serve it on top.
