1 medium sweet onion, finely chopped
1 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

Stir together all ingredients and 1/2 cup water in large saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes.
