Half of a 12 oz. can frozen orange-strawberry- banana juice concentrate, thawed
8 oz. fat free cream cheese
1 small sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 c. light whipped topping
1 c. strawberries, chopped
1 reduced fat graham cracker pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender or food processor, combine juice concentrate, cream cheese, and pudding mix. Process until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl. Fold in whipped topping and strawberries. Transfer to pie crust. Spread evenly. Cover and refrigerate until firm, at least 2 hours.
