1/2 c. apricot preserves
1 T Dijon mustard
1/2 non-fat yogurt or sour cream
4- skinned, boneless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine preserves, mustard and yogurt. Adjust to taste. Place breasts in baking dish & season with salt and pepper. Pour mixture over chicken and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve with rice, wild or otherwise...
