1/4 c sesame seed, 1/4 c brown sugar, 1/4 c soy sauce, 1 tsp ginger, 3 green onions, 6 boneless chicken thighs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar, soy sauce and ginger in a bowl; roast sesame seed in oil in skillet; low heat until brown; slice green onions and add to skillet; add brown sugar mixture to skillet and bring to a fast boil; remove from heat. Pour mixture over chicken; refrigerate 1-4 hours, stirring every hour. Remove from fridge, put into glass casserole dish. Heat in 350 degree oven for approx. 1-1/2 hours.
