3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
juice of one lemon
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and marinate with chicken in sealed plastic bags
for 6-24 hours. Enough for 2 cut up chickens. Cook chicken as
desired.
