4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
3 cups milk
1 cup half and half
2 teaspoons vanilla
cinnamon or nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs and add sugar, mix well. Add milk, half and half, and
vanilla. Place in individual oven proof, custard dishes. Place in a
9x13 casserole pan filled with hot water. Bake at 350 degrees
until set.
