Combine:
3 slightly beaten eggs
1 1/2 c soft bread crumbs
5 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated to 2 c.
1 c scalded milk
1/2 tesp dry mustard
dash pepper
Fold in:
3 stiffly beaten eggs whites

Pour in greased baking dish and bake slowly in 325 degress oven for 35-40 min.
