4 C chopped Cranberries, 2 C sugar, 1 C drained cubed pineapple, 1 C chopped nuts (optional) 1-1/2 C mini marshmallows, 1 large pkg lemon jello
( dissolved in 1/2 C Hot water, 2 C cool whip topping.

Directions:

First dissolve 1/2 C hot water w/ lemon jello. Combine all ingredients except Cool Whip©
Gently fold in Cool Whip©. Serve in Dessert Glasses & Chill till firm. About 2 hours

This recipe I made & gave to my K-2 Class. I actually liked it, but without nuts...= )
I used 2 cans of whole unsweetened cranberries.
Mom tells me it was a hit !
