Applebee's Oriental Chicken Salad Recipe

3 Tbsp honey
1-1/2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup mayo
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp sesame oil

Boneless chicken breasts

Chicken coating:
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup corn flakes crumbs
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 cup red cabbage
1 cup Napa cabbage
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1 green onion, chopped
1 Tbsp sliced almonds
1/2 cup chow mein noodles
1 egg

Blend together dressing ingredients and refrigerate.
Heat oil in pan (or deep fryer) over medium heat (350). Mix egg & milk in one bowl and dry coating ingredients in another bowl. Cut one boneless chicken breast into strips. Dip into egg mixture, then flour mixture. Fry until coating has darkened to brown. Prepare salad by tossing lettuce ingredients. Top with chicken strips and dressing.
