Swedish Apple Pie...Yah Sure Recipe

2 cups sliced apples
2 Tbsp flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sour cream

1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup cold butter
3/4 tsp cinnamon

Stir together apple mixture and pour into unbaked pie shell.
For topping, Mix together dry ingredients and cut in butter. Spread topping over pie.
Bake at 450 for 20 minutes and then reduce oven temperature to 350. Continue baking an additional 20 minutes.
