1 lb sea scallops
6 tbsp melted margarine
3 tbsp flour
2 1/2 c milk
1/2 c sliced celery
1/4 c dried pimento
1/4 tsp salt
paprika
1/2 c fin dry bread crumbs
lemon slices and wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Wash scallops. Blend 3 tbsp margarine with flour in sauce pan. Stir in milk gradually and mix until smooth, cook over medium heat until thickened stirring constantly, then cook for 1 minute.
Mix scallops, celery, pimentos, salt and paprika and pour in 1 1/2 qt shallow casserole. Mix bread crumbs and remaining butter and sprinkle over scallop mixture. Bake at 350º for 30 mins. Garnish with lemon
