black pepper
5 cut up potatoes
5-6 carrots
2 stalks of celery
package of cream of mushroom soup mix
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Rub flour, garlic powder and pepper on both sides of meat. Place in roasting pan and add carrots, potatoes, and celery. Add mushroom soup mix and water. Cover tightly foil. Bake 350 degrrs for 1 1/2 hours.

Also, try this in the Crock Pot! It is so easy. Be sure to brown the meat first, though. I usually add the Campbell's liquid cream of musroom soup when cooking in the crock pot.
