1 white onion (chopped)
5-6 hard boiled eggs (chopped)
1 tsp. mustard
2-3 tbsp. mayonaise
1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Make in a 8 to 9 in. pie pan. Layer chopped onions on bottom of pie pan. In a bowl, add chopped eggs, salt, pepper, mustard and mayo. Spread over onion layer. In a bowl, add some mayo to cream cheese to make it smooth. Spread over the egg salad layer. Put in fridge and just before serving spread with caviar.

Serve with lemon wedges and crackers. Enjoy!!
