5 medium beets (or 1can)
1 tbsp corn starch
1tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
dash pepper
2/3 c water
1/4 c vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together corn starch, sugar, salt, pepper. Gradually stir in water and vinegar. Cook stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1 minute, stir in beets
