2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 eggs beaten
1 c buttermilk
1/4 c vegtable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1st 4 ingredients in a large bowl, stir in cheese. Make a well in the center of the mixture. Combine eggs, buttermilk and oil, add to flour mixture, stirring just until moistened.
Spoon mixture into a greased and floured 81/2x41/2x3in loaf pan. Bake at 375º 30-35 mins or until wooden pick in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10mins and remove
