Ingredients:
2 large potatoes
2 similarly sized sweet potatoes
1 1/2 tsp coarse grained salt or 1 1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash herbal salt substitute of choice
1 tsp Italian seasoning
dash garlic powder
dash chili powder
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. Wash potatoes and cut into long wedges. There is no need to peel them. Put all of the ingredients into an old bread wrapper close tightly and "play catch" with your kids until the potatoes are nicely coated. Spread on cookie sheets. (I like to use a little pan spray) Bake 25-35 minutes turning once, until they are golden brown. Serve as "French Fries". Play with the spices, Rosemary and oregano are nice too.
