Yams
2/3 c water
1/3 c butter
1/3 c white or brown sugar
cinnamon
nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Place cooked potatoes in a baking dish
Combine water, butter and sugar cook until thickened. Pour sauce over potatoes. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg
Bake 350 20-30mins basting frequently
