1 c. Water
1/2 c Uncooked Long Grain Rice
3 large Vidalia Onions
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 Tsp fresh parsley
Salt
White Pepper
1/2 c Shredded Swiss Cheese
1/2 c. Whipping Cream
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Bring Water to a boil in medium sauce pan, add rice, cover, reduce heat and simmer 10mins.
Peel and chop onions, melt butter in Dutch oven over med heat; add onion and cook 15mins stirring. Remove from heat. Stir in rice, parsley and rest of ingredients. Spoon in baking dish, cover and bake at 350º for 30mins. Sprinkle lightly with Paprika
