4 Pork Chops 1/2 c. Sour Cream 1 10oz can Cream of Mushroom 2 tsp chopped parsley 4 c. Thinly sliced Potatoes
Brown Chops, Combine mushroom soup, sour cream, 1/4c water and parsley. In 2 qt casserole dish place potatoes sprinkle with salt & pepper. Alternate with sauces. Top with chops. Cover & Bake 375º for 1hr 15mins
