1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (16 ounce) can whole tomatoes, undrained
4 cups water
2 beef-flavored bouillon cubes
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 to 1 teaspoon black pepper
1 bay leaf
3/4 cup sliced celery
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup medium egg noodles, uncooked
1/2 teaspoon dried whole thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned. Drain on paper towels; discard pan drippings. Add next 8 ingredients; bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Add vegetables, noodles and thyme. Bring to a boil; simmer, uncovered, about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
