Group 1 ~

3/4 cup butter (1 1/2 sticks)
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup molasses
1/2 tsp. salt



Group 2 ~

2 cups flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Cream Group 1 ingredients together adding them one at a time. Mix until creamy. Sift together Group 2 ingredients. Add to mixer a little at a time and mix well.

Spoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes.
