1 head of lettuce, chopped
2 c. chopped celery
10 oz. frozen peas (don't cook or thaw)
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 sweet onion, sliced, cut in half so it's half rings
2 c. Hellman's mayonnaise
2 T. sugar
3/4 c. sour cream
8 oz. mild Colby cheese, shredded
1 lb. fried and crumbled bacon
4-5 hard boiled eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Layer first 5 ingredients in a 9x13 inch pan. Mix together mayonnaise,sugar and sour cream and spread over the vegetables. Refrigerate overnight. Just before serving,spread the following on top: shredded cheese, crumbled bacon and sliced or shredded eggs.
