6 med. size potatoes
6 strips bacon, diced
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
Coarsely-ground black pepper
1/4 c. finely-chopped onion
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook whole potatoes in boiling salt water, then peel and cube. Season with salt and pepper. Fry bacon until crisp, then break up and add to potatoes. Heat onions in bacon drippings until partly done, then add vinegar and sugar; heat to boiling. Pour over potatoes and mix lightly. Serve at once.
