6 pieces of chicken, skinless and boneless (if using breast cut in half)
Combine cup of each in large mixing bowl:
Tomato Sauce or Ketchup
3 Tbs of minced onion
tsp of salt
Dip chicken in mixture till coated.
Then dip in 1 to 2 cups of Crushed Cornflakes (5cups of flakes will make 11/2 cups crushed).
Place on baking sheet.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until chicken is tender.

This is an easy chicken recipe.
