Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 large eggs (seperated, whites and yolks)
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 cup cold whole milk
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup condensed milk (I use the whole can)
1 cup half & half milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add in vanilla and yolks and mix . Sift dry ingredients 3 times - I use a sifter that has 3 screens. Add dry ingredients and whole milk to mixture. Pour in a 9x13 cake pan and bake @ 325º for 20 minutes. While it's cooking, pour the remaining 3 milks in a blender and blend. Remove cake and let it cool completely. Poke many holes in cooled cake - I use a cooking thermometer. Pour the 3 milks (tres leches) over cake little by little from the center out. Make sure the cake is completely cool before you put cool whip on top, then decorate with cherries (optional).
