4 red peppers
1 green pepper
1 bushell cilantro
3 onions
3 garlic heads (not cloves, the whole garlic)
1 basket/package ajicitos (sweet peppers, remove seeds)

Directions:
Directions:
Chopped all ingredients finely by hand or in mini chopper. Mix all together and put in baggies or tubs (like a used butter tub). I freeze the bags and keep the tub in the refrigerator to use for recipes that call for it.
